Clinical Staff

Timothy Drevna, DPT, PT, OCS, ATC, CSCS (Physical Therapist)

Tim earned his Physical Therapy degree from the University of Pennsylvania in 1975, following graduation from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 1973 with a B.S. in Biology. He began his professional career at Hamot Medical Center in Erie, Pennsylvania, and relocated to Lancaster in 1978. He entered private practice in 1980, and was co-founder of Drevna-Papson PT Associates in 1981. He re-entered private practice in 2004 after an eight year period of corporate employment, and opened the North Pointe office in March 2006 forming Drevna Physical Therapy Associates.

Tim is a board certified specialist in Orthopedic Physical Therapy, an APTA certified clinical instructor, and member of the American Physical Therapy Association, National Athletic Trainers Association, National Strength and Conditioning Association, and American Society of Shoulder, Elbow Therapists.

Tim has been a certified Athletic Trainer since 1978, and is also certified as a strength and conditioning specialist. His professional focus is in manual therapy of the shoulder, knee, and cervical spine, and he has a special interest in athletic injury prevention and sports training program development.

Tim completed his clinical Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Chatham College in Pittsburgh in November 2006.

Christy Knox, OTR/L, CHT (Occupational Therapist)

Christy is a registered and licensed occupational therapist. She received her degree in occupational therapy (OT) from Mount Mary College in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, in 1978. After working in variety of rehabilitation settings, Christy concentrated on hand and wrist injuries and earned her hand therapy certification in 1995. She is a long-standing member of the The American Society of Hand Therapists and the local Hand Study Group of Southcentral Pennsylvania. Christy regularly attends continuing education classes in her specialty and has a particular interest in custom splint fabrication. She is married with two grown children and resides in Lancaster.

Michael Beiler, MPT (Physical Therapist)

A New Holland Native, Mike began his interests in Physical Therapy while participating with local sports teams and while attending Garden Spot High School. He earned a Bachelor's Degree in Biology from the University of Pittsburg at Johnstown in 1998, and completed his Master's Degree in Physical Therapy at MCP Hahnemann University in Philadelphia. He began his professional career in 2001, joining Drevna Physical Therapy Associates in March 2006. His professional interests include manual therapy and orthopedic and sports rehabilitation. He is currently a member of The American Physical Therapy Association, and is enrolled in the Doctorate Degree program in Physical Therapy at Temple University. Mike currently resides in Manheim with his wife and twin sons.

Cynthia Pautler, MPT (Physical Therapist)

Cindy Pautler has been practicing Physical Therapy for over 20 years. She earned her Bachelor of Science Degree in Physical Therapy in 1984, and her Masters Degree in Health Care Administration in 1998, both from the University of Scranton. She has clinical and administrative experience in a variety of settings, including multi-trauma, acute care, long-term care, home health, industrial rehabilitation and outpatient orthopedics. Her work in outpatient orthopedics has been a constant throughout her career, with an interest in lower extremity rehabilitation. Cindy is a member of the APTA. She is presently expanding her education and clinical expertise in the specialty of Women's Health. Cindy is proud to be a member of the Drevna Physical Therapy team. She resides in Lancaster with her husband and three children.

Christopher T. Hudson, MSPT, CSCS (Physical Therapist)

Chris was born and raised in Williamsburg, Va. He graduated from Virginia Tech with a B.S. degree in Exercise Science in 1996. GO HOKIES!!! While at Virginia Tech, he worked as a student athletic trainer and his summers were spent working as an aide at an orthopedic outpatient physical therapy clinic. Chris received his Master of Science in Physical Therapy (MSPT) from Thomas Jefferson University in 2001. Chris moved to Lancaster, PA following graduation and continues to reside in the area. Chris became a Certified Sports and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) in May 2007.

Chris has been an athlete throughout his life participating in many different sports at all levels. Most recently, Chris completed an IronMan Triathlon in June 2005. Chris has a clear understanding of an athlete's aches and pains and understands the importance in developing a rehab program specific to that patient's needs. Chris' other professional focus is on injury prevention, sports enhancement, manual therapy and orthotic fabrication.

Chris is a member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the National Strength and Conditioning Association.

Chris has a wonderful wife Kim, son Connor, and dog Beamer.

Melissa Phillips, PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant)

Melissa has attended Wilkes University where she received a Bachelor degree in Psychology and Penn State - Hazelton for her Physical Therapist Assistant degree. She has been a PTA in an outpatient practice since 1999. Melissa currently resides in Lititz.

Amy Finnegan, PTA (Physical Therapist Assistant)

Amy is a 1994 graduate of the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Rehabilitation Education Services. Amy was a four year participant in the Women's Nittany Lions cross country and track teams. Upon graduation, Amy headed for the outdoor "classroom" working with a New Jersey based group called Project U.S.E. Following this, Amy returned to Lancaster and worked for Goodwill Industries as a Program Implementer, working with adults with disabilities in a workshop setting for approximately 3 years. Knowing that she loved working with people, but wanted to change gears and return to the health field, she pursued and received her Associate Degree as a Physical Therapist Assistant. For the past eight years Amy has primarily worked in the outpatient fields and in small private practices to large corporate owned facilities, previously at the General Hospital Health Campus. Amy's primary work involved aquatics, geriatrics, lymphedema and orthopedic cases. Amy resides in Lancaster with her husband and pets.

Trudi Snively, COTA (Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant)

Trudi is a native of Lancaster County. She graduated from Franklin and Marshall College in Lancaster in 1975 with a B.A. in Sociology. Trudi began working in hand therapy in 1989 as an Occupational Therapy Aide. She returned to Penn State Berks Campus where she earned her A.S. degree in Occupational Therapy in 1995. She is a certified and licensed Occupational Therapy Assistant who has spent many years providing hand therapy in an outpatient setting. She has also worked in skilled nursing facilities and work conditioning programs. Trudi and her husband reside outside of Manheim and they have a son.

Jenn Wettig, ATC/L (Athletic Trainer)

Jenn (aka Irish) received a bachelor's degree in athletic training from Marywood University. An athletic trainer since 1997, Jenn is the head athletic trainer for Hempfield High School and is completing a master's degree in sports medicine. She has been a member of the National Athletic Training Association (NATA) since 1995 and a member of EATA and PATS since 1997. Jenn currently resides in Lititz with her husband, Eric and thier newborn son Connor.
