Tracy is our staff administrative assistant and is responsible for bookkeeping, office organization and purchasing. She also assists in the mornings as our receptionist. Tracy has been involved from the planning stages of our office. She is also a certified Massage Therapist.
Eileen does the transcription for our therapists' evaluations and assessments to make sure your doctor is updated on your progress in a timely manner. She is also responsible for our correspondences with physicians.
Heidi is our accounts receivables specialist. She handles payments made by insurance companies.
Sharon is our part time receptionist. Sharon has been a fitness instructor for 26 years and she is also a certified personal trainer. She greets all our patients with a smile!
Belisa takes care of all our information technology and is our afternoon and evening receptionist. She is presently enrolled at Neumann College in Aston studying for her Graduate degree in Physical Therapy. She also assists the clinical staff on a limited basis.
Becky is our full time receptionist. She is also available to assist patients with questions regarding billing and authorizations.
Sue is our new credentialing officer. She also handles problems with insurance payments and is our part time evening receptionist.
